In honor of his wife, Lorraine, Elmo Williams has personally raised funds to build a non-denominational chapel in Brookings, Oregon. This structure is open to the public for anyone who wishes to enter, to meditate or simply relax in the peace and quiet of a place surrounded by trees, flowers, and the fresh sea air. Mr. Williams has dedicated this "Capella by the Sea" as a memorial to Lorraine, the love of his life.
